1.GENERAL

🔹I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission at any time.

🔹Please behave respectfully towards me. Any criticism or insult gives me the right to cancel your commission.

🔹To commission me contact me via my social networks ( i'm active on instagram / discord / telegram )

🔹I reserve the right to post your commission anywhere online.

2.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

🔹Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.

🔹I do not accept ref sheet made by descriptor or incomplete or in any specific moment..

🔹Try to be as clear as possible if you have a specific idea in mind and don't hesitate to provide a sketch of your own to help me visualize better what you want !

🔹I will draw : Dragon /Anthro character / furries / fantasy creature / Gore / mild injury / NSFW anthro

🔹I will not draw : fetishes / complex armor or city / Realistic humans / NFSW feral / Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, pedophilia etc.)

3.PROCESS & WORK

🔹After the commission is validated, I'll add you to my trello.

🔹I will send several sketches for approval before proceeding with the order.

🔹I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.

🔹I will always do my best to complete your commission as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that my IRL work takes up a lot of my time. I'll keep you informed if there are any delays.s.

🔹If you have any ideas for poses/expression/background, don't hesitate to let me know.

4.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

🔹Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

🔹You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

4.PAYMENT

🔹Payment is done through PayPal invoice using Euro.

🔹If you don't have the money for the type of commission selected, please don't order from me, I only take serious customers :)

🔹I can do payment plans, if the order is a minimum of 100€.

🔹Once the payment has been sent, I'll add a “pay” label to my Trello.
